We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, assembled, or modified.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Call us at (732) 538-4555 or email us at customerservice@dargash.com to start your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend saving your return tracking number and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for any issues that may occur during transit.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. For the fastest service, please call us immediately at (732) 538-4555 if you need to cancel your order. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production phase.
